I hereby, being a user of the website https://minecraft-hosting.net/ (hereinafter – the "Site"), freely, by my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the Individual Entrepreneur Kulichenko Olga Nikolaevna, IIN 770530400037, acting on the basis of the notification of commencement of activity as an individual entrepreneur No. KZ89UWQ05650293, registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the "Operator"), to the collection and processing of my personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Its Protection" of 21 May 2013 No. 94-V.

1. Personal data to the processing of which consent is given
1.1. I give my consent to the processing of the following of my personal data:
- user nickname;
- email address;
- Discord account data (when using authorization via Discord);
- Discord ID (when using authorization via Discord);
- IP address upon registration and use of the account.
1.2. The data listed above are hereinafter in the text of this Consent collectively referred to by the general term Personal Data.
1.3. I am notified that the Operator does not process biometric and special categories of personal data, and that payment information is processed by third-party payment services and is not stored by the Operator.
1.4. The Operator also uses technical data not relating to personal data, including UTM tags (including referral codes), for the purposes of analytics, accounting of referral sources and the proper operation of the services. Such data do not allow the User to be identified as a subject of personal data.

2. Purposes of personal data processing
2.1. My personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- registration and identification of the user on the Site;
- provision of access to Minecraft server hosting services;
- ensuring the functioning of the user account;
- ensuring the security of the services, prevention of unauthorized access and abuse;
- processing of inquiries and communication with the user;
- informing by means of sending emails.

3. Actions with personal data
3.1. I consent to the Operator performing the following actions with my personal data:
- collection;
- recording;
- systematization;
- storage;
- use;
- transfer in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and by this Consent;
- deletion and destruction.
3.2. The processing of personal data is carried out using means of automation.
3.3. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to preclude access to personal data by unauthorized persons.

4. Personal data retention period
4.1. Personal data are stored for the entire period during which I use the Operator's services and the user account exists.
4.2. After deletion of the account, my personal data are subject to deletion or destruction within a reasonable period, unless otherwise provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Transfer of personal data and cross-border processing
5.1. Users' personal data are stored and processed on servers located within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5.2. The game servers provided as part of the hosting services may be located within the territory of foreign states; at the same time, Users' personal data are neither stored nor processed on the said game servers.
5.3. Cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out only in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. Age restrictions
6.1. Use of the Operator's services is permitted only to persons who have reached 18 years of age.
6.2. By giving this consent, I confirm that I have reached 18 years of age.
6.3. The Operator does not verify the age of Users and does not request documents confirming age. Responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided regarding age rests solely with the User (or their legal representative).
6.4. The Operator does not carry out the targeted collection and processing of personal data of minors. If a fact of use of the services by a person under 18 years of age is discovered, the Operator reserves the right to suspend or delete the relevant account.

7. Withdrawal of consent
7.1. I am notified that I have the right at any time to withdraw this consent by deleting my user account or by sending an inquiry to the Operator through the contacts indicated on the site.
7.2. Withdrawal of consent may result in the impossibility of further use of the Operator's services.

8. Confirmation of consent
8.1. I confirm that:
- I have familiarized myself with the conditions for the processing of personal data;
- the conditions are clear to me;
- the consent is given by me voluntarily.
